By popular request... here are more pics of the house BEFORE we touched renovating it... quite the crapper eh? LOL. It looks very different now and we still have really far to go.
Well.. FUN FUN... we found mold in the back spare bedroom...YAY. So.... we are closing this room off.... it'll be last on our project. I don't think it's gonna be much fun unless it's pretty contained to this one corner. We may have to re-sheetrock this whole room :-/
This is what was left of where the dryer was... but both washer and dryer will fit in this space which means room for a dishwasher :-) where the washing machine used to be.....
And that's here! As you can see... lots of damage. There was a leak.... it was rotted out ALL over.. we re-did this whole floor!
Some ceiling damage around the top of the closet in our room... there is a brick chimney behind this ugly panelling that wasn't sealed off well at the roof. Josh already fixed that but still has to re-do the whole ceiling in our room.... it all looks like poop.
This is from dining room to kitchen.... and... this wall doesn't exist anymore :-) It is now a closet! :-)
